Dietary Habits of Female University Students in Eastern Slovakia in the Context of Sports Activity

(1) Background: The aim of the research was to expand current knowledge about diets female university students in relation frequency their sports activity (SA). We were specifically interested eating frequency, distribution amount food during day, including breakfast diet, and timing dinner before bedtime. (2) Methods: sample this cross-sectional consisted 1055 freshmen from two universities eastern Slovakia. Data obtained through a set selected questions questionnaire battery. (3) Results: found significant rank–order correlation between meals day level SA, as well consumption SA. Furthermore, we indirect dependence on results indicate better dietary pattern more active terms meals. (4) Conclusions: “The healthy behaviour”, which includes proper diet regular monitored conducted, consistently point opportunities for further improvement. There is need develop professionally targeted programmes that will enable novice modify health behaviours studies.
